Noise-Reduction Cover for Vibratory Finishing Machines
Vibratory polishing machine with soundproof cover adopts the world's advanced spiral rolling flow, three dimensional vibration principle, so that the parts and the tumbling abrasives grinding each other. The main components of this machine are vertical motor, rubber-lined container, spring, base, and a muffler support ring. The vertical vibration motor is fixed to the container and is installed together with it on a spring that is connected to the base.
This acoustic lid, also referred to as a noise-enclosing or noise-abatement lid, serves a dual purpose. Not only does it effectively reduce noise during machining, it also significantly reduces splashing of water and polishing compounds. It is designed to maximize noise absorption.
It’s important to note that various factors influence noise generation during the finishing process. Rather than compromising the process, this unique design optimizes the process while creating a friendlier working environment for the polishing media, the workpiece and the polishing compound.
A noisy workshop with floors covered in spilled finishing compounds is far from ideal. With this lid, noise emissions are reduced to below 80 decibels, ensuring a cleaner and quieter workspace.
The inner wall is coated with PU glue which is high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The soundproof cover reduces noise and cushions the impact of parts hitting the wall. There is a layer of sponge on top of the soundproof cover, which can better eliminate working noise. The design of soundproof cover adapts to the current environmental requirements. The polishing effect is the same as normal vibratory polishing machine.
Vibratory polishing machine with soundproof cover is easy to operate. Firstly, you should put some polishing tumbling media in the container. Then you can put you products requiring grinding. Finally, you can operate the machine according to the instructions. Through the consistent vibration of the container, it effectively eliminates burrs, sharp edges, corners, rust, oil stains to achieve a high level of finishing, smoothness, and brightness on the surface.

Application
